Who are Keep it Secret?

Keep it Secret officially launched in 2009 with its website www.keep-it-secret.co.uk. We feed the thirst and hunger of the ever growing ‘Kawaii’ craving and love of Asian culture in the UK. We have a small UK based team but have representatives all over Hong Kong, Japan & South Korea. You can keep up to date with all the latest news and products from us either via out twitter feed, Facebook page or sign up to our site for the Newsletter.

We are working towards opening our first Office in Hong Kong to take over organising all the products before being shipped to ‘Keep it Secret HQ’ in the UK.

Why the Name ‘Keep it Secret’?

The name Originated from our Managing Director who was looking for something that would get people talking and wondering what it stood for, which seems to work as we always get asked! ^_^

There is also another part to the story on where the name came from but you might have to email us to find out the rest… he-he!

What do you sell on Keep-it-secret.co.uk?

Keep it secret sells the very best in Japanese/Asian sweets along with amazing Kawaii-Style gifts ranging from Stationery to Bento Box’s and Shopping bag’s to Pocky. All Our Products are 100% Officially Licenced from Companies such as ‘Kamio Japan’, ‘San-X, Japan’, ‘Kutsuwa Japan’ etc., etc… So if you demand merchandise of the highest quality then look no further!

As we import all our Stock directly from the Countries of Origin you will find it difficult to find the same products elsewhere in the UK. Over the years we have built up many connections and now have representatives in Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. Many of Our products can be re-stocked easily but as the trends change so quickly we like to always offer our customers the most up to date products.

How can I pay & is it safe?

You can pay through Keep it Secret’s website via ‘PayPal’ or ‘Google Checkout’. Both are very secure and well known payment systems which can accept Credit or Debit cards. We are 100% verified PayPal Business users and since launching we have had over 3,000 happy customers. We strongly believe in great customer service and if you ever need to contact us you will get a human response within 48hours. We promise! ^_^

I want to visit you, do you have a shop?

Unfortunately we do not have our own Bricks and mortar shop just yet. We are working on having our very first Flag Ship Outlet and we will inform everyone when that is up and running. How-ever we do have our products inside other shops Dotted around the South West so Keep it Secret does have an offline physical retail presence. We can be found at selected events and conventions so please always keep an eye out for us!
